25/11/11 - Already started on the mobilization exercises. There's still a fair bit of pain but they've gotta be carried out. Physio next week!!

23/11/11 - Just a few hours since the Shoulder Stabilisation op. Feeling ok. My whole arm is completely numb!!! They've put a feed of constant local anaesthetic into my neck so I can't feel anything.

15/11/11 - Hi and welcome to my website. I'll be updating it as regularly as possible with race reports and events. Currently I'm due to go in for surgery on my shoulder next week. I tried as best as I could after the crash in March to cope but it only really got to 70%ish at best and got worse again nearer the end of the season. So.......I'm going for the surgery which should eventually put me back to near as dammit normal early next year. Hopefully then I'll begin to start my regular updates and let you know how the recovery and training is progressing.
